Welcome to Back Nine. By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Back Nine provides inspection, maintenance, repairs, servicing, refurbishments and performance upgrades for golf carts and utility vehicles.
All work is subject to inspection and quotation.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Additional faults discovered during repairs will be communicated before any additional work is carried out. Prices may change if extra parts or labour are required.
We use quality replacement parts wherever possible.
While we strive to complete repairs within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to parts availability or unforeseen issues.
Customers should provide accurate information regarding the condition of their golf cart and report any known faults.
Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle before servicing.
Payment is due according to the terms stated on your quotation or invoice.
Golf carts may not be released until payment has been received in full unless otherwise agreed.
Back Nine stands behind its workmanship.
Warranty terms may differ depending on the repair performed and the parts supplied.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents or unauthorised modifications are not covered.
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure quality workmanship, Back Nine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
